Thursday:
* Train Troops
* DO NOT UPGRADE CHARMS
* DO NOT USE HERO GEAR ESSENCE STONES

Friday:
* Upgrade Chief Gear
* Upgrade Pets
* Use Hero Gear Essence Stones
* Use remaining Construction & Research speedups
* Use remaining Fire Crystals
